The building is a 10 story construction. Apart from private studios there are also going to be areas for common use. Among other things, there will be a Game Area, Lounge Area and Study area on the ground floor. Also there will be a paid laundry area, a roof terrace and a terrace near the entry of the building. If you need extra storage space you can rent a private storage as well.

Due to tax restrictions concerning the rent of the studios of Camelot Europe in Enschede, the following requirements apply:
- Studios are intended for foreign students / expats, both EU and Non-EU.
- Maximum stay in the Netherlands may be a maximum of 3 years. (If you have been living in the Netherlands for a year, you can stay at Camelot for a maximum of 2 years.)
- Registration in the GBA (Municipal Personal Records Database) is possible.
- You can prove your short stay by providing your fixed term student enrolment/ expat contract, without a possibility to renewal/ extension.
Addition, the following costs apply:
- Maintenance contract € 7.95 p / m
One-off costs:
- Deposit € 2000,-
- Costs final cleaning € 100,-
- Various start-up costs € 205,-
Optional:
- Bedding package * € 120,-
- Kitchen utensils package * € 75,-
